[22:41]<veltas> Quantos do you have any chilli recomendations?
[22:42]<veltas> I mean like which chilli peppers to try, not chilli con carne
[22:56]<Quantos> Oh
[22:56]<Quantos> What do you like?
[23:04]<veltas> I've just ordered a naga chilli paste
[23:04]<veltas> I like that
[23:04]<veltas> I like scotch bonnets as well
[23:16]<Quantos> Do you like sweet peppers?
[23:16]<Quantos> Like bell peppers I mean
[23:18]<veltas> Yes but I already have strong opinions on those
[23:19]<Quantos> I'm trying to see where your opinions lead
[23:20]<Quantos> Have you ever had a Habanero?
[23:20]<Quantos> They are incredibly hot, but they have this beautiful flavour
[23:21]<Quantos> About the same as a scotch bonnet for heat
[23:23]<Quantos> How are you with curry peppers?
[23:24]<Quantos> Sorry, that's not the name, trying to google it
[23:27]<Quantos> Here it is, thinking of the ghost pepper
[23:27]<Quantos> Curry, lol - I knew it was from india
[23:47]<veltas> I am no good with ghost peppers, too hot for me
[23:47]<veltas> I've had some and I didn't enjoy it, will just say that
[23:48]<veltas> Habanero I get in some stuff might get some and cook something with it myself, taste some on its own
[23:48]<veltas> I think it's hard to tell how to use ingredients without tasting them on their own, but sometimes with chillies you need to make an exception
[23:48]<Quantos> Yeah
