[03:25]<@BC_Programming> interesting dream. While making fajita's I got a giant fly stuck in my hair and couldn't get it out
[03:26]<@Mulreay> Nice
[03:26]<@BC_Programming> I ended up smushing it which had unpleasant effects
[03:26]<@BC_Programming> such as having fly guts in my hair
[03:26]<@BC_Programming> then I think there was some sort of quest to look for a comb
[03:27]<@BC_Programming> I never did get to eat my dream fajita's
[03:28]<@BC_Programming> or fajitas rather
[03:33]<@Mulreay> heh
[03:39]<@BC_Programming> why the flip does Java include some crappy toolbar in the download
[03:40]<@BC_Programming> Oracle is like... a multi-billion dollar company, so who made the decision "hey, you know what we should do, put foistware inside our most popular free applications"
[03:40]<@BC_Programming> and on uninstall it takes me to a AVG page that says "Were sad to see you go"
[03:41]<@BC_Programming> Well, I'm not. I wouldn't be here in the first place if it wasn't for your crap being forced on my when I wasn't paying close attention
[03:43]<@Mulreay> heh, yeah always been an issue for me that.. many people must get caught out
[03:43]<@BC_Programming> I didn't exactly expect it to be in something like the Java run-time
[03:44]<@BC_Programming> so I wasn't on-guard... programs like CCleaner, you betcha I'm watchin for any questionable checkboxes
[03:44]<@BC_Programming> like "[X] Yes, please install pointless crap on my system for the sole purpose of giving you revenue"
[03:45]<@BC_Programming> I was considering adding some crap toolbar to my program installers... then I asked myself, "do I want to be an A-hole" the answer was yes, of course, but in my own way
[03:55]<@Mulreay> lol
[04:19]<@Mulreay> May do some tekkit for a while.. have a break from other stuff
[04:21]<@BC_Programming> FreeBSD is still compiling/installing
[04:21]<@BC_Programming> three days to install an Operating System may explain why so few people use it
[04:22]<@Mulreay> wow
[04:22]<@BC_Programming> VM has had at least one core pegged at full usage the entire time
[04:25]<@BC_Programming> "The job of a button is a depressing one"
[04:38]<@Mulreay> BC_Programming what was that thing you used to make me rubber?
[04:42]<@Mulreay> Can't really do much without a condensor
[04:45]<@BC_Programming> Extractor
[04:46]<@Mulreay> that was it thx
[04:51] * Serpent (Archer_Ser@CFC9B8CE.88CD346C.C61048E4.IP) has joined #glitchpc
[04:57]<@Mulreay> BC_Programming can i go and use your enchantment table pls?
[04:57]<@BC_Programming> yeah
[04:57]<@Mulreay> thx
[04:57]<@BC_Programming> it sux though, no bookcases
[04:57]<@Mulreay> Yeah no worries
[04:57]<@Mulreay> better than nothing
[04:58]<@Mulreay> Your quarry has stopped
[04:58]<@BC_Programming> no, it's shut off
[04:58]<@Mulreay> k
[04:58]<@BC_Programming> I shut it off, it uses way too much power
[04:59]<@BC_Programming> I can't even really find a way to generate power that isn't crap... kind of why I stopped playing it as much
[05:00]<@Mulreay> Yeah that's the issue I'm running into.. may just give up myself.. without a condensor it becomes more a chore than a fun relaxing game
[05:00]<@BC_Programming> What do you need a condensor for
[05:00]<@Mulreay> To turn crap into useful stuff
[05:00]<@BC_Programming> oh god
[05:01]<@BC_Programming> I hate EE2 so freaking much... if there is anything I am glad is gone from tekkit it's that
[05:01]<@BC_Programming> btw though, you can use a minium stone to get a similar effect, just takes more work
[05:01]<@BC_Programming> eg you use it on the crafting table... that's how I turned the gravel into clay
[05:02]<@Mulreay> Never really played the game before so wouldn't know about that.. for me at the moment everything seems to need diamond and as that is as rare as Arnold Rimmers courage I fail to see the fun side
[05:02]<@BC_Programming> 4 iron=1 gold, 4 gold=1 diamond, that sort of stuff. Not everything can be transluted though
[05:03]<@BC_Programming> make a minium stone, then turn other materials into diamond... just find diamond in the list and use r to see recipes, should bring up a few recipes involving the minium stone, you ought to be able to make one of those my now methinks
[05:04]<@Mulreay> Only have 3 minium shards
[06:01]<@BC_Programming> I think I've done it
[06:01]<@BC_Programming> infinite power
[06:02]<@Mulreay> cool, will be back on in a mo
[06:02]<@BC_Programming> geothermal generators in the nether and a pipe that transports it to the overworld
[06:02]<@Mulreay> Apparently YouTube needed to 'know' about my new video..
[06:02]<@Mulreay> There is one issue with that
[06:03]<@Mulreay> The lava will run dry
[06:03]<@BC_Programming> Eventually
[06:03]<@Mulreay> sooner than you may think
[06:03]<@BC_Programming> but there is a lot of lava in the nether... and it takes forever to use it
[06:04]<@Mulreay> Watched it on YouTube and yes it lasted for a while about 5-6 episodes then it dried out and the nether looked a mess :p
[06:05]<@BC_Programming> lasted a month with two lava source blocks on the other srv
[06:05]<@Mulreay> Apparently using hydro power and making an unlimited water source as you know 2 squared creates unlimited
[06:05]<@BC_Programming> I have to wait until this thing get's up to speed to see any results anyway
[06:06]<@Mulreay> It uses the source block which is then immediately replaced
[06:06]<@BC_Programming> what uses the source block
[06:07]<@Mulreay> The hydro drill thingy hang down stuffies
[06:07]<@Mulreay> Same as thermal and oil drills
[06:08]<@BC_Programming> I can always move it... and it's working now :D
[06:09]<@BC_Programming> need to ghast-proof it though
[06:09]<@Mulreay> cool, just gone to your base.. your not here of course but will hang around
[06:09]<@Mulreay> just cobble should do it

[06:10]<@BC_Programming> could you check the upstairs, see if power is coming through the blue pipe
[06:10]<@Mulreay> sure
[06:10]<@BC_Programming> should have a little blue 'line' inside
[06:10]<@Mulreay> the red and black one?
[06:11]<@BC_Programming> well I mean upstairs on the surface, it's connected to a box with a little yellow lightning bolt
[06:11]<@Mulreay> ahh yeah i see it.. no nothing
[06:11]<@BC_Programming> hmm
[06:11]<@Mulreay> jk yeah it has
[06:12]<@BC_Programming> cool it's working :D
[06:12]<@Mulreay> indeedy
[06:12]<@Mulreay> You has powers
[06:14]<pottsi> umm quick help anyone
[06:14]<pottsi> i have a list of emails in a text file
[06:14]<pottsi> best way to get them loaded to a mysqldb
[06:15]<@Mulreay> More camerongray BC_Programming and Craig than me
[06:15]<@BC_Programming> hmm
[06:15]<@BC_Programming> I guess you could make a PHP script... but that's not very quick
[06:16]<pottsi> yeah was thinking php
[06:16]<pottsi> couldb;t be arsed writing it lol

[07:29]<@BC_Programming> naw done for now
[07:29]<+FusRoDah> k
[07:29]<@BC_Programming> I say a productive session, power generation issues are mostly solved methinks
[07:30]<@BC_Programming> and if we start to have power issues we just upgrade the nether generator
[07:31]<+FusRoDah> Yeah definately.. to be fair I'm only finding it fun if your on (you know what your doing) so will leave it myself for a while.. need to work on the PITB video anyway
[07:47]<+FusRoDah> BC_Programming can you animate text in photoshop Cs5?
[07:48]<@BC_Programming> I don't think so

[10:14]<@BC_Programming> Mulreay trying to basically force me to make commitments on a project I have hardly any real interest in and that I'm doubtful I would be much benefit to
[10:14]<@BC_Programming> then quits before I can respond
[10:15]<@BC_Programming> How "You don't need me, You have all the expertise you need :)" somehow get's the response "what do you want me to beg you" though, I haven't a clue

[10:17]<@BC_Programming> When you have to grasp at straws to figure out what a person will do in a group effort, you have to consider whether you really need them or whether you just want them there to make the group complete. And the answer is usually no. There is no place for a Software developer for the creation and management of LAN-based game events. Simply none. And if I'm not needed, I'm not about to accept
[10:17]<@BC_Programming> kickbacks and make excuses for being involved
[10:22]<@BC_Programming> well anyways... hey cam :P

[10:40]<+camerongray> Satellite but yeah
[10:41]<+camerongray> Whopping 160gb storage
[10:41]<+camerongray> Perfect since it's designed to record full HD video :P
[10:41]<@BC_Programming> What does it need a HD for? like pause and rewind and record stuff
[10:41]<@BC_Programming> ahh
[10:41]<+camerongray> Yeah, pause, record, rewind and downloading on demand comtent
[10:41]<+camerongray> content*
[10:42]<+camerongray> Phoned them doing the "We've been a customer for 20 years (true, back when you got 5 channels over analogue satellite) and we will move to Virgin (cable)" and they kindly offered a new 2tb box for *just* £165
[10:43]<+camerongray> This is the price for new customers: http://www.sky.com/shop/tv/2tb/
[10:43]<+camerongray> See a problem? :P
[10:43]<@BC_Programming> lol
[10:44]<@BC_Programming> I guess they added the "claims to be a long-time customer" tax
[10:44]<@BC_Programming> how much is a new 2TB Hard drive to install in one of those?
[10:45]<+camerongray> £74.99
[10:45]<+camerongray> And I have a spare 1tb so will cost nothing
[10:45]<@BC_Programming> ahh yeah that would do it then
[10:46]<@BC_Programming> for the longest time I thought I had imagined having a 320GB hard drive
[10:46]<@BC_Programming> then I found the box for it... it was like a proved a conspiracy theory
[10:46]<+camerongray> lol
[10:47]<@BC_Programming> not sure how you lose a hard drive but somehow I managed it
[10:47]<@BC_Programming> I bet it was in a PC I threw away or something
[10:47]<+camerongray> lol
[10:47]<+camerongray> This drive was in my PC but wasn;t connected
