[11:47]<+Mulreay> Fable 2 is my new 'go to' game when I'm bored.. I did try playing it on mt laptop in the past and got quite far but was harsh on 3-5fps
[11:47]<@BC_Programming> works ok now on your XP desktop I take it?
[11:47]<+Mulreay> yep
[11:48]<@BC_Programming> also I posted a video of NFS:Shift with commentary
[11:48]<+Mulreay> Yeah I liked it
[11:48]<@BC_Programming> I drive horribly, very embarassing
[11:48]<+Mulreay> heh, yeah I've seen better drivers :p
[11:48]<@BC_Programming> still not sure wtf was up with coming in 9th place and yet getting a podium finish
[11:49]<+Mulreay> heh
[11:50]<@BC_Programming> I liked the ending of the second race though, was in like 6th and lower the entire time and then burst into first right near the end
[11:50]<+Mulreay> I need to install it actually
[11:51]<@BC_Programming> shift?
[11:51]<@BC_Programming> or fable 2
[11:52]<+Mulreay> shift
[11:52]<@BC_Programming> yeah it's a fun game it is
[11:52]<@BC_Programming> it's not very "arcadey" at all, cars seem to handle realistically
[11:53]<@BC_Programming> damage isn't realistic obviously, that first race would have been a massacre
[11:54]<+Mulreay> heh yeah
[11:55]<+Mulreay> I found £35 in my savings account earlier that I had forgotten about... was a nice feeling
[12:04]<+Mulreay> Its Halloween. Or as paedophiles call it, Christmas.
[12:04]<@BC_Programming> lol
[12:10]<+Mulreay> I can't seem to run whatpulse off both my computers... the XP desktop keeps getting 'invalid token' and needs to be reset... quite annoying
[12:10]<@BC_Programming> I don't have it on my laptop... I don't think
[12:11]<+Mulreay> The main one is on here (laptop) as I do all my mIRC stuff here.. but now I'm playing games with wasd I would like it on my desktop
[12:13]<+Mulreay> never no mind
[12:14]<+Mulreay> This says a lot Mulreay is in 30608th place.
[12:15]<@BC_Programming> BC_Programmer is in 3519th place.
[12:15]<+Mulreay> heh, but I'm still way ahead of third place :p
[12:20]<@BC_Programming> well in the team
[12:21]<+Mulreay> yeah of course
[12:46]<+Mulreay> Think I may have fixed the whatpulse issue
[12:46]<@BC_Programming> cool
[12:47]<+Mulreay> I needed to add another computer on my account online... as in my laptop is Manchester UK which is also what I was trying to connect my desktop to but you need another for eg PC2
[12:48]<+Mulreay> Not exactly very easy to see that unless you look hard
[12:57] * jacky (the_kink@mib-7905AEAC.slsbmd.east.verizon.net) has left #glitchpc
[13:15]<+Mulreay> Cool free three day passes available on onlive
[13:15]<+Mulreay> That sounded like an advert but it's not
[13:36]<Tux2> lol
[14:01]<+Mulreay> Me and my gold MC crown... gome see me ROAR
[14:01]<+Mulreay> come*
[14:01]<+Mulreay> That kinda spoiled it
[14:03]<@BC_Programming> just installed Embarcadero RAD Studio XE2
[14:03]<@BC_Programming> not sure why
[14:03]<@BC_Programming> now fiddling some with Delphi
[14:17]<+Mulreay> Kim Kardashian earned $17,900,000 from her wedding and divorced 72 days later (but gays ruin the sanctity of marriage).
[15:02]<+Mulreay> graham@mulreay.com is my new email heh
[15:03]<+Mulreay> Well I still have al the old ones

[15:17]<+Mulreay> bobbyllew Robert Llewellyn
[15:17]<+Mulreay> Also, re-Red Dwarf, had the mask fitted today, and yes, the slimline Kryten is back, it fitted perfectly. Engage satisfaction mode.
[15:19]<@BC_Programming> heh
[15:20]<+Mulreay> heh, I love 'smug mode' the best to be fair
[15:21]<@BC_Programming> reinstalling a fresh XP VM for that registry cleaner test thing I've had planned
[15:21]<@BC_Programming> haven't had time but suddenly my schedule has free'd up
[15:21]<@BC_Programming> heh
[15:21]<+Mulreay> heh
[15:22]<@BC_Programming> also I figure the more frequently I post and update the site the more attention google pays to it and stuff
[15:22]<+Mulreay> true
[15:22]<@BC_Programming> and it'll be nice to have something to point to when people go on about how much faster their machine is after running Registry Cleaner mega edition or whatever
[15:24]<@BC_Programming> may as well use the Windows XP license I actually bought for like 200 bloody dollars
[15:24]<+Mulreay> Registry cleaners are awesome! If you like pointless work to pay pointless programmers and there pointless objectives...
[15:26]<@BC_Programming> my previous attempt I was using a pirate XP, but that affected the results because it wasn't a true clean install so I discarded everything I did with it
[15:26]<@BC_Programming> this will be a "true" XP install direct from the fancy shiny CD weee
[15:27]<@BC_Programming> here's betting it won't activate properly though
[15:27]<+Mulreay> Mine should of been a fresh install but the key did not work so I changed the key and did it that way...
[15:27]<@BC_Programming> did what that way?
[15:31]<+Mulreay> I used a crack to change the key on the install. so basically I changed the key to what I wanted then ran the installer and used the key... Need to go and make my dinner
[15:32]<@BC_Programming> there are plenty of applications for changing the CD key of a windows install. They aren't illegal, and they aren't cracks... a crack would circumvent the activation and/or the process of entering the key at all
[15:33]<+Mulreay> Yeah that as well, really not bothered mate truly.. do what your doing I don't care
[15:33]<@BC_Programming> ?
[15:34]<Tux2> Microsoft has a tutorial on their website on how to change the key
[15:34]<@BC_Programming> Tux2: heh... I was thinking there was an official channel for doing that as well
[15:35]<@BC_Programming> anyway I need a clean install to properly test the registry cleaner applications. I really don't give a crap if it's using a specific key or not, but I see no reason not to use the CD-key that's printed on the authenticity certificate rather than using a keygen or something... it won't activate anyway but at least it won't have all the extra software that was installed with the pirated version
[15:35]<@BC_Programming> I was going to try with
[15:36]<Tux2> BC_Programming, ever tried tinyxp?
[15:36]<@BC_Programming> no
[15:36]<@BC_Programming> I avoid the repackaged things
[15:36]<@BC_Programming> "If you need a really light and fast OS with a tiny memory footprint that wont get in your way, I highly recommend TinyXP."
[15:36]<Tux2> ah.
[15:37]<@BC_Programming> heh... or they could just use a linux distro built for those goals
[15:40]<Tux2> Of course. I usually use tinyXP for my windows install in my virtual box.
[15:41]<Tux2> I don't use the tiny option though.

[16:16]<+Mulreay> BC_Programming just out of interest, who from star trek or stargate universes would you most like as a friend...
[16:17]<@BC_Programming> I've seen two episodes of SG-U
[16:18]<@BC_Programming> and I typically try not to be friends with the flat, and seemingly mono-dimensional type of people that seem to populate Star Trek
[16:18]<@BC_Programming> oooh
[16:18]<@BC_Programming> nvm I just got the question better
[16:18]<@BC_Programming> that's a tricky question methinks
[16:19]<@BC_Programming> would probably be a SG character
[16:19]<@BC_Programming> they have more depth
[16:19]<@BC_Programming> well usually
[17:25]<@BC_Programming> well the news is not surprising
[17:25]<@BC_Programming> apparently this clean install of XP has over 70 registry 'errors'
[18:56]<@BC_Programming> tux2: little warrior appears to be able to jump really high...
[18:58]<@BC_Programming> also why is everything suddenly unlocked?
[19:01]<@BC_Programming> Yep he's using hacks definitely
[19:01]<@BC_Programming> will fraps

[19:05]<Tux2> BC_Programming, banning him right now... I told him not to use those...
[19:06]<@BC_Programming> ok
[19:06]<@BC_Programming> he just left
[19:06]<Tux2> He said he had a hacked client and he asked me what he could use...
[19:06]<Tux2> I told him the only thing he could use was fullbright.
[19:07]<@BC_Programming> ahhh
[19:09]<Tux2> BC_Programming, reloading server...
[19:09]<Tux2> this is another reason why I made that new gui to replace digilock....
[19:09]<Tux2> digilock just freezes sometimes and all the chests get unlocked.
[19:09]<@BC_Programming> weak
[19:10]<Tux2> Yeah.
[19:16]<@BC_Programming> haha somebody on the MC forum is trying to say that MC should start with a tutorial
[19:18]<Tux2> lol!
[19:20]<@BC_Programming> I then ranted about how annoying games are now in that they make you do tutorials or watch "information" about the game all the time
[19:21]<@BC_Programming> I mean if say megaman did that every single time you started the game you would have to go through a 40 minute tutorial where it taught you first how to move, then how to jump, then that you can move and jump at the same time, then that you can shoot, then that you can shoot and move at the same time, and then that you can shoot, move, and jump at the same time
[19:21]<@BC_Programming> and every time you got a new weapon it would make you go through this long disjoint video or tutorial explaining it
[20:08]<@BC_Programming> !w nanaimo BC
[20:12]<Tux2> lol BC_Programming, I'm talking to little warrior at the moment?
[20:13]<Tux2> .*
[20:13]<@BC_Programming> haha
[20:14]<Tux2> Yeah, he "accidentally" pressed "j"
[20:14]<@BC_Programming> bahaha
[20:14]<@BC_Programming> he was jumping all over the place
[20:14]<@BC_Programming> he used it to jump on top of my house, that is sort of what caught my attention
[20:15]<@BC_Programming> then I debated killing him for his audacity but decided against it
[20:44]<@BC_Programming> gotta love how the neighbors have decided it's fine to set off fireworks close to trees
[20:52]<Tux2> lol....
[21:10]<@BC_Programming> haha... wow... this delphi environment is filled with bugs
[21:10]<@BC_Programming> I've barely used it a few hours and already it's saying that it can't find the "System" unit, which is pretty much the same as if a java IDE complained that it couldn't find system.lang
[21:10]<@BC_Programming> or java.lang I mean
[21:49]<Tux2> lol...
[22:05]<Craig> Hey Guys
[22:18]<Tux2> hey Craig
[22:18]<Craig> How Tux, how goes it?
[22:20]<Tux2> Oh, dealing with drama from my dad...
[22:21]<@BC_Programming> oh my
[22:21]<Tux2> Yeah, he needed someone to talk to, so I just listened and nodded...
[22:21]<@BC_Programming> don't forget to say "mmm hmmm" occasionally too
[22:22]<Tux2> lol, of course.
[22:22]<Tux2> I finally got off the phone with him and I called my mom to get the true story...
[22:24]<Tux2> I've heard enough of the drama first hand to know that his version is quite fantasized....
[22:45]<Craig> hahahah I know exactly what you mean :P
[22:59]<@BC_Programming> We're so screwed
[22:59]<Craig> Why?
[22:59]<@BC_Programming> when I say we I mean afk
